FitzGibbons Custom Homes will help design your future home from start to finish utilizing an architect and an engineer. We help you get a full set of building plans that are ready to go with any builder. We don’t require you to have to use us as your builder. Please reach out to us on the pricing for this service.
Additionally, we help you design with your lot. It is strongly recommended having your lot prior to designing your home plans. We are happy to walk any lot with you.
When building on your lot, we will walk the lot and help locate the most affordable and best placement to build your home. We will also let you know up front if we see a price increase in the building of your home and why that may happen.

Did you know we offer both options?
Fully Custom homes allow you to pick absolutely everything. For some this can become overwhelming picking out every item including textures, door casings, window styles, etc. By choosing the option of curated choices we choose the things that most home owners don’t even realize need to be selected - and many times don’t care. We have taken the time to figure out what the most desirable options are and have preselected them for you.
In our initial meeting we will go over these items and lists so that you are fully informed.
Choose from our signature line of Hill County or Modern floor plans, where custom options are available to make it your own. If you want something unique, we can have a custom plan created just for you.
