The Building Process
Our goal from the design to the completion is one year. Material and labor shortages have slowed the process some, however we are hoping to get back to our one year time frame soon.

Whether you are looking for property or own a property, FitzGibbons Custom Homes can help determine location, orientation and layout of your future home during the first meeting: Site Visit.
Plan Development and Selects
FitzGibbons Custom Homes offers a variety of plans that can fit many needs or we can develop a plan with a residential house designer unique to you with your needs, wants, and desires. When plan development , we discuss whether your home will be fully custom or curated custom and we will set up visit at the design center to go over all color selections, including brick, stone, tile, countertops, etc.
Following this, the financial process is started. We take care of everything including HOA submission. Once the financial process completes and the HOA approves we move to construction.
Construction
From the Pre Construction Meeting to the Final Orientation, our homeowners are involved throughout the whole construction process. We have 4 designated meetings during construction: Site Visit, Pre Construction Meeting, Pre Drywall Meeting, and Final Orientation.
Warranty
FitzGibbons Custom Homes provides the following warranties on each home for peace of mind: 1 year workmanship, 2 year mechanical, and 10 year structural. Provided warranties are backed by HOME of Texas.
