We offer both options

Fully custom - you pick absolutely everything. For some, this can become overwhelming having to pick texture, door casings, window styles etc..

You do have the option to do this with us and we have had some full custom clients, but our main custom homes are curated custom. We pick a lot of the things most home owners don’t even know that needs to be selected. We have taken the time to figure out what is the most desirable of these options and have preselected them for you. In our initial meeting we have a list on all these and will go over all of them.
